Who we are

Phyzly is run by Oliver Jones in the United Kingdom. For anything about your data, email hello@phyzly.app.

What we collect

Only the email address you type into the sign-up box. This site has no cookies, no tracking and no analytics, and the fonts are served from this site, not a third party.

What we use it for

To email you once when Phyzly launches. We won't send anything else, and we won't sell or share your address.

Our lawful basis

Your consent, which you give by signing up. You can withdraw it at any time by replying to any email from us, using the unsubscribe link, or emailing hello@phyzly.app.

Where it is stored

Sign-ups are held for us by our email service, MailerLite, which acts only on our instructions. If it stores data outside the UK, it does so under UK-approved safeguards.

How long we keep it

Until we have sent the launch email, then we delete the list, unless you choose to join Phyzly. If we haven't launched within two years, we'll delete it anyway.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Email hello@phyzly.app and we'll reply within one month.

If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
